Anakin and Padmé. Both as ghosts here with Naboo in the background, because I thought it was fitting. The poem seems to come from “Planet of Twilight”, I haven’t read it myself so I could be wrong, and is credited to Beru. The poem and photos don’t belong to me, as usual.
